Refund Policy.

1. Before Brief Submission
A full refund is available if the client cancels before returning the completed project brief template or before engineering work begins. Email hello@seoextraction.com with your order reference. Refunds are processed within 5 business days via the original payment method.
2. After Brief Submission
Once the project brief has been returned and confirmed, work begins and the project is strictly non-refundable. By initiating the project, the client expressly requests the commencement of the digital service and waives the 14-day EU withdrawal right under Directive 2011/83/EU.
3. Delivery Issues
If a deliverable substantially fails to meet the agreed brief through the fault of SEO Extraction Paris, a revision at no charge will be provided. We do not provide refunds based on subjective dissatisfaction or lack of specific commercial results.
4. Duplicate Charges
Duplicate payments are always refunded in full within 2 business days. If you notice a duplicate charge, please email hello@seoextraction.com immediately.
